Travel Dates

This is a destination wedding. Although the wedding is on the 23rd, many will stay in the Bahamas for an entire week. Many will stay from May 18th through the 25th or 26th. The Bahamas is no place to hurry things along.

Travelling To the Bahamas

You will be flyng into Marsh Harbour (Airport code MHH). From there you will take a taxi to the Marsh Harbour Albury Ferry Dock. The taxi takes about 10 minutes.The ferry takes about 20 minutes from the Marsh Harbour Albury Ferry Dock to Hopetown. It runs to Hopetown at these times:

7:15AM, 9:00 AM,10:30AM,12:15PM**, 2:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:45PM Daily

Be sure to book an airline ticket that arrives with plenty of time to make it through customs and to the ferry. If not, we'll have to send someone back to Marsh Harbour to get you. Landing before 4PM should be safe. Note: You will need your passport!

Travelling Back to the United States

You will walk to the dock in the Hopetown Harbour and catch the ferry back to the Marsh Harbour Albury Ferry Dock. The ferry ride will take about twenty minutes. From there, you will get a taxi to the Marsh Harbour airport. The taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. This is the ferry schedule heading from Hopetown to Marsh Harbour:

8:00AM, 9:45AM, 11:30AM, 1:30PM**, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:30PM Daily

Be sure to book an airline ticket that departs late enough that you can make your flight. After 9:45AM should be okay.

Shelter

Please visit the housing map I put together. This map combines all rental properties from the two property maintainers. You will book your house through Tanny Key or Elbow Cay. Air conditioning is highly recommended.
